Promotes hair growth after a haircut if you want your hair to grow faster. As well as strenghtening and thickening.
Moon in Leo or Virgo will promote fine hair to grow in thicker and stronger

A waxing moon symbolizes regeneration. This phase will help repair hair. Hair care treatments and conditioning is favorable.
Hair color will last longer when the moon is in Sagittarius or libra.
When the moon is in PIsces, Cancer or Scorpio it is NOT favorable to cut or color your hair.
Seasons
If you are looking to grow healthy hair it is advised to trim your hair every 10-12 weeks, which also aligns with the changing of seasons. It is a great idea to time trims during the solstices and equinoxes which are valuable times of transition.
